As we expand our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Spotify, we’re seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Marketer to shape Basil Health’s voice and drive growth during our pre-launch and scale-up phases.  

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Research Analyst with around 2 years of experience to support our international growth. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about mental wellness, healthcare, and technology sectors. You will identify and qualify potential leads—including organizational roles, email contacts, LinkedIn profiles, and social media contacts—to support the Strategic Partnership team at Basil Health. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Conduct targeted market research to identify and qualify leads across B2B and B2G segments, including roles, emails, and social media profiles. 
  • Maintain and regularly update a global lead database segmented by region, organization type, and decision-maker roles. 
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, and Lusha to source and verify contact information. 
  • Prepare briefing documents and region-specific insights to support the Strategic Partnerships team. 
  • Monitor and report on international conferences, tenders, and events relevant to mental wellness and neurotechnology. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, timely delivery, and alignment with outreach goals. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Market Research, Healthcare, Psychology, or related field. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in market research, lead generation, or business intelligence.
  • Experience sourcing and verifying contact information for B2B or B2G outreach. 
  • Strong research, data analysis, and Excel/Google Sheets skills. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in health-tech, wellness, lifestyle, or early-stage startups. 
  • Background in scriptwriting or working with creative briefs.
