About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Strategy & Growth Associate to join our team during the critical launch phase. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and can contribute to multiple aspects of business growth — from go-to-market strategy to pricing, social media planning, and competitor analysis. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for our products, identifying target audiences, channels, and messaging.
  • Business Model & Pricing: Assist in refining the business model, defining pricing strategies, and optimizing revenue streams.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitors, market trends, and customer behavior; provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Social media & Launch Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies to build brand awareness and engagement prior to and during the product launch.
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide insights on product positioning, partnerships, and market entry opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial Ownership: Take initiative, solve problems proactively, and contribute to decision-making as a true partner in the business.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or related field. 
  • 1–5 years of experience in startups, consulting, strategy, growth, or product roles. 
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. 
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in ambiguity. 
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and building impactful businesses.
